Johnathan Green
Johnathan Green currently serves as the Senior Pastor of The Anchor of Beaumont and brings 27 years of full-time ministry experience to his leadership role. Throughout his ministry, he has served on various boards and committees, demonstrating his commitment to guiding and supporting organizations in their missions. As the former academic dean of Texas Bible College, Johnathan has played a crucial role in shaping future leaders in ministry. His international ministry work has taken him across the globe, where he has impacted countless lives.
Johnathan has successfully helped churches raise over $30 million through capital campaigns. In addition to his pastoral duties, he is a partner in a firm dedicated to building nonprofits, including churches and schools, around the world, further extending his influence and expertise in organizational development.
On a personal note, Johnathan has been happily married to Victoria for the past 24 years. Together, they are the blessed parents of four children: Chandler, Annalise, Corbin, and Channing.

Kregg Hood
Dr. Kregg Hood is an author and speaker dedicated to helping the Church grow through biblical stewardship and generosity. With over one million books in print and a history of aiding more than 4,000 organizations, he is a national authority on the psychology of giving and financial stewardship.
His professional foundation is uniquely cross-disciplinary, holding a Doctorate in Instructional Communication from Texas Tech University along with advanced degrees in missions and preaching. His pastoral background and executive experience with two large Christian nonprofits allow him to bridge the gap between spiritual vision and practical financial strategy.

Lakin Romero
Lakin is an experienced administrative and leadership professional with a strong academic background in education and organizational leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, along with an additional 18 graduate hours in Educational Leadership.
She has extensive experience serving in church and nonprofit environments, where she has helped establish, organize, and equip ministries with a focus on healthy growth. Having grown up in the church, she brings a lifelong understanding of stewardship, service, and mission. Throughout her career, she has consistently stepped into leadership and administrative roles—both professionally and as a volunteer—supporting teams, strengthening systems, and helping vision move from idea to action.
